My name is Rhonda Brantley and this blog reflects daily living with an Early/Young Onset Alzheimer's Dementia patient; the good, the bad and the ugly. My husband, Billy Ray Brantley, was diagnosed in October 2007 and left us April 9, 2012. I was his primary caretaker and it was the biggest and most important job of my life. He will remain forever in our hearts.

The new camera and more on the trip.....
Got the new Canon T2i for Christmas. My kit includes the standard 18-55 lens but we added the new Tamron 18-280 and a Canon Speedlite. It is so smart I am having a hard time using it. And, at 18 mega pixels, nearly everything I try and load has to be compressed. Small price to pay for such a great piece of equipment.
This post only includes pictures taken while riding the back roads in west central Texas. Particularly the areas around Kerrville and Bandera as we took several day trips riding and looking. WB loves this activity and is still quite the spotter. Enjoy!
